Our R&D Team is constantly exploring new substrates to improve film performance and image presentation. Today we offer Shrink Sleeves on a wide range of substrates: PETg-LV, OPS, PVC and PETg white film. Hammer is the first printer in North America to provide Shrink Sleeves using a highly innovative VSOP web offset technology.
Hammer has developed a proprietary innovation during the seaming process that produces a seam that is 29% narrower than what is typically found in the industry. This allows us to eliminate edge-lift for a smoother finish, and avoid print gaps at the seam line when the sleeve shrinks.
