Hammer Packaging has teamed up with cross-town grocery phenom, Wegmans Food Markets, to produce labels for their store brand organic flavored water line.

“This is our first time working with Wegmans and we see it as a special accomplishment given Wegmans high standards for quality and brand reputation,” states Jim Hammer, President and CEO for Hammer Packaging. “This new relationship makes perfect sense given that our two companies are neighbors and are recognized as leaders within our respective industries.”

Hammer produces a Cut & Stack clear film label using UV inks and aqueous coatings for the Water with Lime and Water with Lemon products, part of Wegmans’ Food You Feel Good About® brand. A sheet-fed offset printing process is used to create exceptionally sharp and vivid citrus images to accentuate Wegmans’ brand message. The labels are printed using a UV curing process that uses less energy and is more environmentally friendly. Hammer has a long history of producing labels for some of the world’s most recognized and important consumer brands.
